Visa information
No visa is needed for Indian citizens. Carry a government photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, voter ID or driving licence) for hotel check-ins and flights.

- Yatra registration is mandatory.
- A basic fitness level is needed for the Kedarnath trek.
Travel dates
Yatra season, roughly May to October/November (temple opening dates are announced each year). Best time to visit Uttarakhand: March to June and September to November.
Price per person
Prices depend on travel dates, hotel category and number of travellers. Request a quote for the current price.
Child policy
Child rates depend on the child’s age and whether an extra bed is needed. Share each child’s age when you enquire and we will quote accordingly.
Payment terms
50% advance confirms the booking. The balance is due 25–30 days before departure, as stated in your quotation. Payments are accepted by bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) or cheque; cash deposits are not accepted. Bank details are shared when you confirm.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be sent by email. Charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the hotels, airlines and suppliers in your booking; the exact slab is written in your quotation. Peak dates (15 December – 15 January) are usually non-refundable within 30 days of departure. Changes to a confirmed booking are treated as a cancellation and rebooking. Refunds take at least 15 days to process, and unused services are not refundable.
Booking terms
- Hotel check-in is generally at 14:00 and check-out at 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out depends on the hotel.
- Hotels and room types are subject to availability at the time of booking. If a hotel is not available, we offer a similar property and tell you about any change in cost.
- Room views, floors, bed type and interconnecting rooms are at the hotel’s discretion.
- For safety, we do not plan night driving in hill areas. Vehicle A/C is switched off on hill roads.
- Peak-season surcharges and Christmas / New Year gala dinners are charged extra where applicable.
- Any complaint should be reported to us during the trip, or in writing within 15 days of the tour ending.
- Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Pune courts only.
